Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions are established to regulate the conditions and procedures for using the homepage services provided by Packsang Metals Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Company') and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Effectiveness and Changes of Terms)

  1. 1. These terms become effective upon notification to users.
  2. 2. The content of these terms is posted within the service screen, and any changes to the terms are notified through the Company's online announcements.
  3. 3. The Company may revise these terms when deemed necessary, and the changed terms become effective through the same method as Article 1.

Article 3 (Principles Outside of Terms Application)

  1. 1. These terms apply together with the usage regulations and separate terms related to services provided by the Company.
  2. 2. Matters not specified in these terms but regulated by relevant laws shall follow those regulations.

Article 4 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these terms are as follows.

  1. 1. "User" refers to individual members and corporate members who access the "Homepage" and receive services provided by the "Homepage" according to these terms.
  2. 2. "Registration" refers to the act of filling out the application form provided by the Company with relevant information and completing the service usage agreement by agreeing to these terms.
  3. 3. "Member" refers to users who have provided individual and corporate information to the "Homepage" and completed member registration, and who can continuously receive information from the "Homepage" and continue to use the relevant services.
  4. 4. "ID" refers to a combination of letters and numbers that members apply for and the Company approves for member identification and service usage.
  5. 5. "Password" refers to a combination of letters and numbers that users select to verify that their member ID matches and to protect their privacy in communications.
  6. 6. "Withdrawal" refers to the act of terminating the usage agreement by members.
  7. 7. Terms not defined in these terms are defined in separate terms and usage regulations for individual services.

Article 5 (Member Qualifications and Usage Application)

  1. 1. Member registration is completed when users agree to these terms and respond to the registration procedures required by the Company.
  2. 2. The Company provides member IDs free of charge when new members register, and service usage applicants must apply using their real names.
  3. 3. Member registration is established through the Company's approval of the user's usage application and the user's agreement to the terms content.
  4. 4. After user registration, applicants who meet the corresponding conditions are immediately shown a screen online that notifies them of the registration fact.

Article 6 (Member Qualification Withdrawal and Loss)

  1. 1. Member qualifications may be restricted and suspended in the following cases:
    1. a. When applying using another person's name
    2. b. When applying by falsely stating the content of the usage agreement application or attaching false documents
    3. c. When applying for the purpose of harming social peace or good customs
    4. d. When interfering with others' use of the Company's services or stealing their information
    5. e. When using the Company's website to perform acts prohibited by laws and these terms
    6. f. When other application requirements set by the Company are insufficient

Article 7 (Service Provision and Usage)

  1. 1. Service usage follows the principle of 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, unless there are special business or technical obstacles for the Company.
  2. 2. The Company may suspend service provision in the following cases:
    1. a. When unavoidable for system maintenance
    2. b. When telecommunications service providers regulated by the Telecommunications Business Act suspend telecommunications services
    3. c. When other reasons occur that prevent the Company from providing services
  3. 3. Services provided by the Company are as follows, and the Company may change and provide services by notifying users of the content of services to be changed and changing services as specified below:
    1. a. Homepage (Member Terms)
    2. b. All other services that the Company develops independently or provides through cooperation agreements with other companies

Article 8 (Consent to Use of Member Information)

  1. 1. The Company's privacy protection policy applies to members' personal information.
  2. 2. The Company's member information is collected, used, managed, and protected as follows:
    1. a. Collection of Personal Information: The Company collects information about you through information you provide when registering for the Company's services, information you provide for community activities, information you provide for participating in various events, information you provide for obtaining advertisements or prizes, etc.
    2. b. Use of Personal Information: The Company does not disclose or distribute members' personal information collected in relation to service provision to third parties without prior consent. However, this does not apply when there are requests from government agencies under laws such as the Basic Telecommunications Act, when there are investigative purposes for crimes, when there are requests from the Information and Communication Ethics Committee, when there are requests following procedures specified in other relevant laws, or when you voluntarily disclose personal information you provided to the Company.
    3. c. Management of Personal Information: You can modify/delete your personal information at any time in the homepage member information section for the protection and management of personal information.
    4. d. Protection of Personal Information: Your personal information can only be viewed/modified/deleted by you, and it is entirely managed by your ID and password. Therefore, you should not share your ID and password with others, and you must log out when finishing work and close the web browser window (this is necessary to protect your information when using computers in public places such as internet cafes or libraries where computers are shared with others).
    5. e. Others: Please be aware that personal information you voluntarily provide in bulletin boards, emails, etc. online can be collected and used by others. Unwanted situations may occur due to personal information posted in public spaces. The responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of personal information lies with you, and the Company does not bear any responsibility for results caused by personal information leakage.
  3. 3. When members apply for usage to the Company according to these terms, it is considered that they consent to the Company collecting, using, and providing member information stated in the application according to these terms.

Article 9 (User Information Security)

  1. 1. From the moment an applicant completes the Company's service registration procedure, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you entered, and all responsibility for results caused by using member IDs and passwords lies with the member.
  2. 2. All responsibility for managing IDs and passwords lies with members, and when discovering that member IDs or passwords have been used improperly, they must immediately report to the Company. All responsibility for not reporting lies with the member.
  3. 3. Users must properly terminate connections each time they finish using the Company's services, and the Company does not bear responsibility for damages and losses caused by results such as third parties using information about you due to not properly terminating.

Article 10 (Information Provision and Advertisement Posting)

  1. 1. The Company may provide various information to members through methods such as posting on the website while operating services.
  2. 2. The Company may post advertisements on the website, email, etc. in relation to service operation.

Article 11 (Copyright of Posted Content Submitted to the Company)

  1. 1. Rights to the content of content you post belong to you.
  2. 2. The Company has the right to edit and move posted content without prior notice, and may delete it without prior notice in the following cases:
    1. a. When posting content that violates these service terms or is judged to be commercial, illegal, obscene, or vulgar
    2. b. When it contains content that defames or slanders other members or third parties, damaging their reputation
    3. c. When it violates public order and good customs
    4. d. When it is judged to be related to criminal acts
    5. e. When it infringes on third parties' copyrights or other rights
    6. f. Content posted by withdrawn members
    7. g. When it violates other relevant laws
  3. 3. You must bear all civil and criminal responsibility for copyright infringement of others caused by your posted content.

Article 12 (Company's Obligations and Responsibilities)

  1. 1. Service ownership and operation belong to the Company.
  2. 2. The Company cannot disclose, publicly release, or distribute members' personal information obtained in relation to services to others without prior consent, and cannot use it for commercial purposes other than service-related purposes. However, exceptions are made for cases under relevant laws and for investigative purposes.

Article 13 (Member's Obligations)

  1. 1. Members must comply with relevant laws, regulations of these terms, usage guidelines, and precautions that the Company notifies, and must not perform acts that interfere with the Company's business.
  2. 2. Members cannot perform any profit-making activities using services without the Company's prior consent.
  3. 3. Members cannot copy, duplicate, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, or use information obtained through services in other ways, or provide it to others without the Company's prior consent.
  4. 4. Members must not perform the following acts in relation to service usage:
    1. a. Improperly using other members' IDs
    2. b. Acts aimed at criminal acts or related to other criminal acts
    3. c. Cases that harm good customs or other social order
    4. d. Acts that defame or insult others
    5. e. Acts that infringe on others' intellectual property rights
    6. f. Hacking acts or spreading computer viruses
    7. g. Acts of sending certain content such as advertising information against others' will
    8. h. Changing information posted on the Company's website
    9. i. All acts that may cause obstacles or concerns to stable service operation
    10. j. Other acts that violate relevant laws

Article 14 (Changes in Member Information)

  1. 1. When there are changes in member information (address, email address, etc.), members must immediately notify and modify them on the web operated by the Company.
  2. 2. All responsibility for failure to notify and modify changes lies with members, and this may become a reason for service suspension and termination.

Article 15 (Deletion of Posted Content or Content)

The Company may delete posted content or content that violates regulations or exceeds the Company's specified posting period without prior notice or consent.

Article 16 (Contract Termination and Usage Restrictions)

  1. 1. When members want to terminate the usage agreement, they must apply to the Company through the service or email by 1 day before the desired termination date (however, if the termination date is a legal holiday, by 2 days before the holiday begins).
  2. 2. The Company may terminate the service usage agreement when members violate the content of these terms and do not correct it within the Company's specified period.
  3. 3. The Company may restrict and suspend usage for members who violate contract content without prior consent.
  4. 4. The Company has the right to service suspension and termination regarding usage that does not match contract content and acts that violate laws.

Article 17 (Compensation for Damages)

The Company does not bear responsibility for any damages that occur to members in relation to free services, except when such damages are caused by the Company's gross negligence.

Article 18 (Exemption Clauses)

  1. 1. The Company is exempt from responsibility regarding service suspension when services cannot be provided due to natural disasters or other similar force majeure.
  2. 2. The Company is exempt from responsibility for service usage obstacles caused by users' fault.
  3. 3. The Company is exempt from responsibility for damages caused by information obtained by users through services.
  4. 4. The Company is exempt from responsibility for the reliability or accuracy of information provided through the service network provided by the Company.
  5. 5. The Company is exempt from responsibility for the content of materials posted or transmitted by users.

Supplementary Provisions 1.

(Effective Date) These terms take effect from June 23, 2025.
